Attorney Bryan Meek of Cuyahoga Falls and accountant Landon Nyako of Akron have joined the board of Tuesday Musical as at-large members. Both were connected with Tuesday Musical through Business Volunteers Unlimited’s board matching program.

Meek is an attorney with Brennan, Manna & Diamond in Akron, counseling employer and health industry clients on issues such as employment guidance, contract disputes, government and private payor appeals and negotiations, compliance plans, credentialing, certification, board investigations and suspensions, and fraud and abuse disputes. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Ohio State University and his Juris Doctorate from The University of Akron School of Law. A resident of cuyahoga Falls, Meek has volunteered with Community Legal Aid and other area non-profits. He plays guitar and has sung in various choirs for the past 18 years.

Nyako is an Associate Manager with The Siegfried Group in Cleveland, providing accounting consulting and leadership advisory services to clients. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Kent State University and is an active Certified Public Accountant. An Akron resident, Nyako has volunteered with the Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank and VeloSano. He actively participated in numerous high school and collegiate bands, playing piano, percussion, and alto saxophone. At Kent State he was also a member of the Beta Psi chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi, the National Honorary Band Fraternity.

Serving as board officers for Tuesday Musical are President Linda Liesem of Bath, Vice President/President Elect George Pope of Akron, Treasurer Paul Mucha of Stow, Secretary Marianne Miller of Massillon, and Governance Committee Chair Maggy McClure of Akron.

Meek and Nyako join Tuesday Musical’s other board members Stanislav Golovin of Beachwood, Teresa Good of Silver Lake, Claire Purdy and Jennifer Stenroos of Bath, Jamie Wilding of Hudson, and Akron residents Bobbie Eaton, Mark Greer, Cheryl Lyon, Charles Nelson, Fred Specht, and Shirley Workman.
