Be in the audience when 12 winners of Tuesday Musical's 2022 Scholarship Competition compete again in the Final Round/Winners Concert this Sunday, May 15, 2:30 p.m. at Guzzetta Recital Hall, 157 University Ave. on The University of Akron campus.
The concert and post-concert reception are free and open to the public.
New this year, you can vote on the winner of the recently endowed John M. Ream Jr. DDS People's Choice Award of $500. Two additional performance scholarships — one for $1,000 and one for $2,000 — will also be awarded by judges Frank Wiley and Roger Zahab.

Twenty-one college and university music students from Ohio have already received $33,300 through Tuesday Musical’s 2022 Annual Scholarship Competition, held March 19 in Akron. The 2022 competition drew more than 130 applicants.
Begun in 1955 and with significantly increased scholarship amounts this year, Tuesday Musical’s annual competition is widely recognized as the best of its kind in Ohio for talented students embarking on careers as music educators and performers.
