Scholarship Program
Tuesday Musical Association's scholarship program is widely recognized as one of the best in Northeastern Ohio. Since its inception in 1955, nearly 500 scholarships have been awarded with prizes ranging from $500 to $2,000.
- Scholarships are awarded in the categories of
PIANO
STRINGS
VOICE
WOODWINDS
BRASS - ORGAN
MUSIC EDUCATION
- All scholarship applications must be postmarked no later than February 11, 2012.
- The scholarship competition for Piano, Strings, Voice, Woodwinds, Brass & Music Education will be held Saturday, March 10, 2012 at The University of Akron, Guzzetta Hall.
- The scholarship competition for Organ will be held Saturday, March 10, 2012 at the First Congregational Church of Akron, 292 E. Market Street, Akron, 44308.

A Scholarship Recital featuring the top prizewinners, plus the Organ Scholarship prizewinner, will be held Sunday, May 20, 2012 at 2:00pm at the First Congregational Church of Akron. This event is free and open to the public.
